Can’t believe KLCC is so crowded even on a weekday. I must admit that I don’t really go to KLCC that often and not especially on a weekday. Gosh, I’m really missing a lot for not working in an office in the Petronas Twin Towers!
This will be my first time hanging out at the SK-II counter at Isetan KLCC. I managed to make my way there after work at 6pm and lucky the traffic wasn’t so bad from the NPE and Smart. It was a mini Christmas event held by SK-II for a few of us where we get to have a personal consultation session with the consultants where we get to learn more about our skin.
I went through one of the skin tests where it’s supposed to tell you the true age of your skin right now. Some people can be in their 30’s and their skin is still in their healthy 20’s. The device that does just that looks like an iPod! Haha… and I overheard someone asking “what mobile phone is that?!!”
Well, it showed that my skin is in between the age of 20’s to 30’s and there are wrinkle signs showing underneath my skin! But no worries, all can still be saved since this is still in an early stage. My goodness!
Skin moisture and sebum levels are easily changed by external environment and therefore a skin care regimen is needed to maintain its healthy levels.
After that, Rachel explained to me about the skincare regimen that I should practice everyday. Honestly, I don’t have any regimen to follow because all I did was to wash my face and that’s it. No toning and no moisturizing. Can’t believe I am that lazy right? Yeah… I am.
And so I was told that I need to have a Makeup Cleanser especially to remove the eye and face makeup. Then I will need to wash my face with a Facial Cleanser, followed by the application of the Clear Lotion which is a toner. Lastly, to complete the regimen, I will need to use the Facial Treatment Essence to moisturize and improve the translucency of the skin which will help my skin to “reborn” everyday! That’s what we called “Miracle Water”, ladies and gentlemen.
This is a very nice and cosy event with just a few of us and some Nuffnangers (Jestina & Nicholas). Guess who then come and joined us? KY! He was so unfortunate that he was called to be our unofficial photographer! KY, I’m going to spare you by not posting any embarrassing pictures I have of you since you have been so kind!
