King Crab Nite Out Part I

Knowing today will be a public holiday, synonymous with able to wake up late the next day, Yiling planned a pig out dinner at King Crab together with Jon, Greg and Ms.Koh yesterday night. We all have one thing in common - INTI Subang Jaya. All of us have left Inti for good except Yiling who is still in her final semester in Accounting and Ms.Koh the Student's Affairs Director ...Ahem...ahem... So if you're wondering why this SAD is here is that she knows the juiciest gossips of the students and that's her job! What a nice job you have there Ms.Koh. I think she she ever reads this, my head will get chopped off. It's a nice reunion dinner of fellow Intians, we are always the creme de la creme of Inti and Ms. Koh's heart. She will always be the one to dictate who we should go out with or shouldn't. She's definitely directing our affairs as well!

The dinner was great. We only ordered the best! We had about 6 dishes and all of them are thumbs up! The fried calamari with salted egg yolk was orgasmic! The owner of the restaurant is Datuk Marcus Kam, who also owns the Marco's Pizza place, founder of Pathlab and also the owner of MGM Entertainment. He's a man of vision and very capable entrepreneur. His wife is my mom's friend and she was the one that introduced us to this place when it first started more than a year ago. This is still the best place for a decent and tasty chinese meal with nice toilets and water basins. The toilet cubicles are installed with mirrors all around so that you can look at yurself when you pee (according to Greg) but the best kept secret was that the mirrors actually make you looked slimmer (according to the owner). Very clever. Now drool over the food!

Cabernet Sauvignon to complete the meal

Orgasmic fried calamari with salted egg yolk

Yin Yang Kai Lan

La La (clams) with chicken broth

"Suet San Fei Wu" (Snowy Mountain Flying Fox)
The talapia fish is grilled and covered with salt. Then before serving, the waitress will remove the layer of salt. The meat is tender and nice. There's no fishy taste at all. Thumbs up!

Fried Man Tou Buns

"Lai Yau Hai" Butter Crabs
Compliments very well with the Fried Man Tou buns.

Yiling nicknamed Ms. Koh as GQ (Gossip Queen) and us the GG (Gossip Gang). This was our first AGM of 2008 and I hope there'll be more to come! I don't know how much the dinner costs because the GQ went to pay without us noticing so it's another great meal minus the dent in the pocket. We should really do this more often and GQ promised us another 6 bottles of wine the next round. I better jot this down before she turn back on her words.
