A Job Anyone?

I am in need of an assistant urgently or I will be in dire straits. My existing assistant for 6 months have left me but I don't think it was my fault. I've been ever so patient and so nice despite her infamous line "Oh saya lupa" everytime I asked her about the things I asked her to do. Maybe her resignation is not bad news after all. I needed one that is able to assist me and my heavy workload. It had been ever increasing and I find it hard trying to do that all by myself so I have decided to hire 2 assistants. Anyone in need of a job right now? Interested in gourmet chocolates? Fancy working in a chocolate factory? Answer my prayers please.

Position 1: Brand Assistant

• To assist me in my business development assignments.
• To carry out the marketing & business plans.
• To coordinate the promoters at KLIA & Genting.
• To monitor the sales performance of all outlets.
• To assist me in developing the corporate & wedding clientèle.
• TO DO WHATEVER I NEED YOU TO

Requirements:

• A bachelor degree in Business related studies (Marketing/BA/Business IT)
• Possesses own transport
• Willing to travel
• Nice personality and good interpersonal skills

Salary is negotiable as it will commensurate with experience.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Position 2: Purchasing & Sales Coordinator Assistant

• To be in charge of the purchasing of all materials for the factory
• To maintain a database of suppliers
  
• To keep track of the inventory
• To handle the walk in customers
• To keep track of the sales orders and to ensure timely delivery
• TO DO WHATEVER I NEED YOU TO

Requirements:

• Tertiary or Diploma
• Meticulous and good negotiation skills
  
• Nice personality and good interpersonal skills

Salary for this position is definitely lower than the 1st position.
It'll be around RM1200 - RM1500.

Although this is not a big company but just a small medium industry (SMI), there is a lot of room for growth. The company is making profit, good profit and average payout of bonuses is better than some of the big companies from 2 to 4 months based on performance.
