Exhibition Days....

Today is the second day of the exhibition. So glad that tomorrow will be the final day. It was really exhausting having to stand and answer the customers' enquiries all day. Boss is out with the local distributor salesman to have a look at his products in the supermarket and I'm here blogging when there isn't any customers. I guess people here wake up pretty late. I've been waking up at 5am each morning because in Malaysia, it's already 9am!!! So everytime I looked at the clock at 5am, I just go back to sleep for another 2 more hours. It's dark here even at 6pm so when it's about 7pm, I felt so tired and I couldn't even open my eyes (because in Malaysia, it would be 11pm!!)! My body clock have not been adjusted yet.

I would love to upload some pictures but I don't know why the card reader is not working! That pissed me off! Yesterday after a long day's work, we had to wait almost half an hour to 45 mins for our transport to the hotel. Then, we had to walk miles away to look for food. Lucky, we managed to find a good restaurant serving Iranian and North Indian cuisine. The food was great abd then we proceed to have a glass of beer at a nearby hotel. You see, in Dubai, you can only have booze in a hotel. It is not served anywhere else. You can't even get it at the supermarkets! However, you can buy 4 bottles per person at the airport. I had a whisky yesterday with salty popcorn and peanuts. Those are complimentary but I still like popcorn with caramel. Salty popcorn tasted funny. After that, I walked back to my room and have a good night sleep.

I heard from my boss that tonight our distributor is taking us out for dinner on a boat! Could it be a private cruise?!! Hmm... yet to find out.
