Cookout Session 1 : Recipes + Fetishes

The Cookout Session 1 did have a few good dishes that I can share with you guys who wanted to try something new. At least it's something tried and tested by a group of people making it the first time and I assure you that you have nothing to worry about.

Firstly, let's try the Roast Lamb. It was pretty easy but the ingredients will turn you off.

Methods:
1. Pierce lamb with a sharp knife (as if you're trying to kill someone you hate).

2. Slice the canned anchovies (keep the oil), Pitted Spanish Black olives, garlic and rosemary. Stuff them into the cuts like shown in the video. Don't be gentle. Stuff it up like you're stuffing someone with a foul mouth.

3. After that, put the lamb onto a pan laid with aluminum foil and pour in the oil from the anchovies and then sprinkle some black pepper and salt on it.

4. Roast at 210°C for 20 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 150°C and roast an additional hour (for a 6 pound roast), about 10-12 minutes per pound. If you are cooking a roast bone-in, the bone will act as an insulator and will require a longer cooking time than a boneless roast.

The end result. You can always garnish with tomatoes and parsnips.

For the Chocolate Orange Polenta Cake, the recipe is in the picture. I was just plain lazy to retype it out!

Arrange the orange slices that has been cooked in syrup.

Pour remainder of the syrup over cake before serving.

Just one advice though - cut down the damn bloody sugar! It was so sweet even I've cut down the sugar earlier. Another thing was, I still can't understand the use of the Polenta. Polenta is ground cornmeal and what is it doing in my chocolate cake?!! The below video is teaching you how to knock the cake out of the baking pan.

And so I was talking about Bobby the cute dog that loves licking my toes and legs. Then everyone was trying to figure why he was so into licking my toes. Then we derive the conclusion that since my toe nails are painted red, it must have thought they were cherries! People also say that dogs have sharp noses and Bobby was also licking Liza whom have sprayed vanilla flavoured EDT all over herself earlier. No wonder la.... Smart dog.

The fact that I didn't run away from his licks was a topic of discussion. Some say I had a fetish. A fetish for dog licking my toes?!! Well, I'm very sure they are referring it to a sexual fetishism which is a sexual attraction towards objects or materials not conventionally viewed as sexual in nature. I haven't had people licking my toes so I wasn't really sure whether I'm into it or not but the dog licking is good. And you do hear it from people that they are some people who liked their toes to be licked when having sex. Maybe in Japan where people have weird ideas about sexual attractions such as buying used underwears from a vending machine and Hello Kitty vibrators. Lol...

The reason why I let Bobby licked my legs was because he looked so cute when he was doing it and I didn't want to shoo him away. The way he's grabbing my toes and licking every surface of it was really such a lovely sight. I'm sure it wasn't a sexual fetish until I really tried it with a human being! So maybe I should get a dog that licks my leg? Eeewww.......
