BLAMESTORMING
Sitting around in a group, discussing why deadline was missed or why project has failed and who is responsible.

ASSMOSSIS
The process by which some people seemed to have success and promotion by kissing up the boss's ass.

SEAGULL MANAGER
A manager who flies in, makes a lot of noise, shits on everyone and then leaves.

SALMON EMPLOYEE
A worker spending an entire day swimming upstream only to get screwed and die in the end.

OHNOSECOND
That minuscule fraction of time in which someone realises that he has just made a BIG mistake.
