The resort's newest attraction - the Tree Top Adventure has been launched last month for a media preview but it'll only be available from July 2011 onwards. Catering to young and old alike, this adventure is fun and challenging at the same time.
There are 3 different levels available from the Kids Course, the Intermediate Course and the Adult Course catering for kids between 6-12 years old, those from 12 years old and 18 years old and above. The wonderful thing about the construction of this tree top adventure is that the platform is done using the kiln-dried chenggal wood and no drilling was carried out on the logs to protect the bark of the trees.
When asked who wants to be the 1st to give it a try, I volunteered myself. And I'm the first guest to have a go at the tree top adventure because I love this activity after trying it at Skytrex last year. The funny thing is - after I volunteered, a few of us wanted to try as well and then these Singaporeans also volunteered (I'm afraid "kiasuness" still exists) and went ahead after me, fearing of loosing out to Malaysians. Should have seen Bangsarbabe's reaction! Lol..
What I like best here compared to the other tree top challenges is the ease of use of the equipments. Unlike Skytrex, you'll need to remove the safety hooks as you move from tree to tree but here, the hook goes all the way without having me to remove it at any point. Very safe and convenient!
If tree top is not your cup of tea, try the jungle walk, climb the 12m high platform and enjoy the view of the beach from up there or bask under the sunset. The jungle walk is the best way to appreciate the flora and fauna and the lush green canopy.
Then, there are some surprises along the way. Besides the "real" animals you'll be able to spot, there are also some "human sized animals" like the ones in my pictures. They won't talk to you but they sure will scare you!

There's always snacks and drinks waiting for us after every activity!

The must-see animals!
Everything here is about enjoyment and joy. Imagine that after the jungle trekking, the GO whom was leading the group had bottled water in her/his bag so that she can pour you a cup of water and also offer you a sweet! Wow...
After some drinks and refreshments, we can either take the train back to the main area or continue to hang out at the beach area. I must say that the jungle trekking was really fun. It wasn't too difficult and there is a little challenge towards the end where you'll have to hold on to the rope to make your way down.
